The Put A Ring On It Do’s to remember. Remember! – All winners will be announced during the bridal show of gowns. One special Bride will win our Fabulous Diamond Trunk from Put A Ring On It. Also visit all of our vendor booths to register for a prize!
1. Register Online to save time and not have to wait in long lines. However if you do not register on line please be patient! This is well worth the wait.
2. Bring the decision makers; we welcome parents, friends, family, maid of honors, fiancée’s etc.
3. Come prepared to book services, this includes bringing your checkbook or credit card to put deposits on “Day Only Specials”. You will not want to miss these specials as our vendors will have some that they only offer for this one day.
4. Come comfortably dressed so you may visit all of our vendors. You are looking for special services for one of the biggest days of your life and you will not want to miss one of our vendors.
5. All brides will receive a Put A Ring On It Swag Bag; wear a “Bride-to-be” pin to receive special attention from the vendors.
6. Bring preprinted self-adhesive address labels and be sure to pick up an ink pen at the registration table. This will save you much time and allow you to sign up for all prizes quickly.
7. Bring your appointment book, mobile phone or I-pad to make appointments.
8. If you are unable to attend send your mother or friend to register you for prizes and collect information on services you need. We will award prizes to someone attending in place of the bride.
9. Make sure you bring your fiancé as we have a Grooms Sports Lounge with large flat screen TV’s and PlayStations 3’s. We have many grooms that attend.
10. Make sure you have fun and enjoy this special day! Put A Ring On It is changing the bridal show industry by bringing brides and vendors together and makes relationships.
If you would like to become a vendor at any of our events and meet brides and grooms looking for unique ideas for their wedding day contact us. We arrange Face to face contact meetings with the bridal market. Making personal contact with brides and meeting them at a bridal show will increase your chances for bookings. Brides are more likely to select a vendor they meet at a bridal show rather than a vendor they find on line or in a magazine. Grooms Lounge
YES! Not only do we have the South’s only Grooms Lounge and Casino where there is always something happening and where he can continue watching the game on our flat screen TV but he can also participate in our ever-so-famous Texas-Hold’em competition winning some awesome prizes!
We have snacks available at a reasonable cost and friendly beverages and we have plenty of other grooms-to-be to chat with.
We are a husband/wife team that specializes in wedding photography. Our shooting style is unobtrusive and candid. We will capture the moments that make your day special. We will shoot the daylights out of your diy table decorations. We will be there when you lace up your dress. We will be 2 steps ahead of your flower girl when she does that thing that makes everyone laugh. 2 photographers means coverage. Kim stays with the bride throughout the day. Jimmy stays with the groom and has also been known to hang decorations and fill chocolate fountains. If we can do anything to make your big day less stressful, we'll do it.
